- Resident Sales/Broker Associate: 30 hours per renewal — 13 required (6 Contracts and Forms, 3 Professional Conduct, 1 Broker Relationship Act, 1 Code and Rules, 1 Fair Housing, 1 Hot Topic) plus 17 hours in any category.
- Non-Resident Associate or Broker: 8 hours — 6 Contracts and Forms, 1 Broker Relationship Act, 1 Code and Rules.
- Provisional Sales Associate: 45-hour post-license course before license expiration.
- Inactive licensees: no CE requirement.
